Cupertino

I’ve signed up to sell at the De Anza Flea Market in Cupertino for the rest of the year. I’ll be in the same booth number all the time - O45. The August date is on the 5th. I’d love to see you there!

To prepare I’ve ordered a pop-up tent. It should be here next week. Then we’ll see if it really is something I can put up by myself. I followed the advice of multiple YouTubers and got a mid-range tent, rather than the cheapest one I could find.

East Bay Flea Markets

When I signed up for Cupertino, I noticed that there is a flea market in Fremont at Ohlone College. It’s on the 2nd Saturday of the month. I went there last weekend and I’ll probably apply for it for August.

It’s much smaller than De Anza and with an interesting mix of upscale and discount vendors. The fee is a little lower than De Anza, but you need to have a Fremont sales tax permit, so it ends up being about the same cost.

While at Ohlone I heard that Chabot College in Hayward has a flea market on the third Saturday of the month. I’m going to go there this coming Saturday to check it out. Hopefully it’s bigger than Ohlone.
