The site StartingYourBusiness.com was super helpful. They have guides for other states as well. Everything they said turned out to be true and up to date. My twenty years of experience in the business give me a healthy appreciation for that accomplishment!

I jumped through all the hoops. Well, actually I’m still jumping through some of them. I found out that some administrivia can’t be hurried along. You just have to put reminders in your calendar so you stay on top of them.
