Craft Fair Crunch Time

My next craft fair is at Fairwood Explorer Elementary School here in Sunnyvale on Saturday. So I’ve spent the week making lots of new cards and packaging older cards. Tomorrow, Friday, I’ll go to the Unique Boutique and pick up my stock from there. The Unique Boutique isn’t open on the weekends, so it doesn’t matter that my shelves are empty then. I work on Monday, so I’ll return any leftover stock then.

After that I have the Featherette Craft Fair on December 3rd and 4th. I see now that I neglected to include the address on the sign for this craft fair. That’s important because a lot of people are going to assume that this craft fair is in Fremont. But it’s actually at the High School named Fremont in Sunnyvale. Given John Fremont’s leadership in several massacres of indigenous people in what is now California and Oregon, I would hope that both change their names soon.

Fremont High School Holiday Craft Fair on December 3-4.

I’m not recording a video this week. Hopefully I’ll be able to record one next week, but the week after that looks dicey. After the Fremont HS craft fair things should calm down and I’ll be able to record a video every week again. I’ve already planned out the cards I’m making for the remaining weeks of the year.

The next giveaway has started. It runs until midnight on Sunday, November 19, 2023 and is fall-leaf themed. Here are the stamp and die sets included:

  • Rubbernecker Stamps Leaf Set: Deeply-etched red rubber stamps

  • Brutus Monroe Fall Leaves: Die set
