Sepia Cauldron
I started by creating the shaker. For this I used the two cauldron dies in the Kat Scrappiness Witches Brew Die Set.
-
Green Craftmas
First I used my Pinkfresh Solid Hot Foil Plate with all the cool-toned leftover foil to make my own foiled cardstock.
-
No Tricks
I started by stamping the two witches from Trinity Stamps Hocus Pocus Gnomes Stamp Set and coloring them with my Ohuhu Alcohol Markers.
-
Bountiful Quokkas
These two little critters are the Kat Scrappiness Dress-Up Quokkas. The markers I’m using for them are Ohuhu BR3, BR2 and BR1.
-
A Stitch in Time
I’m not normally one for vertical writing, but I love the stitched texture of this die. It’s also great for stitching on the go.
-
Fabulous Boots
I love the shape of the witch boots in the Kat Scrappiness Witches Brew Die Set, so I created a pattern from them.
-
Candy Cane Shaker
After I was done, I had lots of leftover strips of red, pink and white glitter cardstock. I didn’t want to just recycle it, so I made a shaker card.
-
Empathetic Kittens
I created these cards using Bibi Cameron’s Cheerful Kittens Die Set and leftover die cuts from recent projects.
-
Stencil All the Things
My idea for this card is to create a floral wreath out of white cardstock and vellum. I’ve seen other designers do that and I always love the results!
-
Birthday Wreath
Except for the berries, I cut everything out of colored cardstock at least twice. I also cut the wreath twice out of vellum.
-
Spoopy 💜 Season
The first thing I did when I got my influencer haul from Kat Scrappiness, was to play with the black glitter mousse and the Hats & Bats stencil.
-
First Influencer Haul
These are the Kat Scrappiness products I bought to serve as a foundation for my fall and winter crafting as an official influencer of the brand.
-
Get Your Skates On
The skates are really easy to put together, with no fiddly bits. There’s a base layer, that shows up as the tongue of the boot and part of the heel.
-
This is a Test Card
I really like when the color of the shaker bits and the frame match. I have a couple of confetti dies, but most of them are no-name brands.
-
Trinity July Haul
My haul from Trinity Stamp’s Birthday Sale. I went mostly for Baby and Halloween products this time.
-
Fintastic Sharks
The shark and friends are from a Lawn Fawn Stamp and Die Set called Shark Duh-Nuh Flip Flop. I colored them with my Distress Watercolor Pencils.
-
Orchid Cupcakes
The starting point for today’s card was a fall-themed cupcake die set from Spellbinders. It was the Large Die of the Month for September 2023.
-
Watercolor Envelope
To go with my wobbling reindeer card, I’m making an envelope. The envelope dies I use are by Trinity Stamps. It’s a big die set, but you only need three of the dies to create a regular A2 envelope.
-
Haul from Kat Scrappiness
Kat Scrappiness had a Memorial Day Sale and I stocked up on her own brand of shaker card dies and sentiments.
-
Pinkfresh Side Slider
Turn the project over and test the Slider by gently tugging on the Tab. The Slider should glide up and down along the slit in the Slitted Panel.
-
Tropical Birthday
‘Things With Wings’ is the theme for my June 2024 YouTube cardmaking video hop. My starting point was the Spellbinders die set Tropical Friends.
-
Washi Flower Power
When you’re using washi, you need smooth white cardstock that’s big enough for one repeat of the pattern.
-
Simple Mother’s Day Card
This Mother’s Day card is super simple yet impressive. It’s only using one die, Hero Arts Mother’s Day Window Die.
-
Wise Vintage Owl
To highlight the vintage floral pattern, I used a brayer to add some Lost Shadow Distress Oxide on the raised areas.
