This is a pretty simple card, because I wanted the focus on the stamped image. It’s Kat Scrappiness Stress-mess Christmas Stamp. I heat embossed it with Ranger Super Fine Detail Embossing Powder in Gold. Then I watercolored it with my artist-grade watercolors.

When it was dry, I fussycut the stamped image and added a layer of Accent Opaque 100 lbs behind it for stability. Then I added foam tape to the back.

My background is a piece of grey cardstock from Recollections Coffee & Cream 110 lbs. I cut it down to 4″ by 5 ¼”. Then I dragged the edges across my Versamark embossing ink pad and dipped them in the gold embossing powder. After heat setting it, the panel had a grungy gold edge.

I glued the background directly to my card base. Then I adhered the stamped panel in the top center. Finally I scattered some Kat Scrappiness Gold Mine Rhinestone Mix around it.
