Made With Snowflakes

Background

This is a very simple card. I used the big BetterPress plate in Spellbinders BetterPress Kit of the Month for October 2025 as an embossing folder on silver holographic cardstock. Then I added Ranger Stickles Glitter Glue in Star Dust to the heads and bodies of all the snow people. I let it dry overnight.

The next day, I cut down the background to 4″ by 5 ¼” and added Accent Opaque 100 lbs to the back for stability. Once the cardstock was adhered, I added foam tape to the back of my card panel.

Sentiment

There are three sentiments included in the set:

  • Let It Snow
  • Sending Frosty Wishes
  • Made With Love & Snowflakes

I used Sending Frosty Wishes with Black BetterPress Ink on vellum. Then I cut the vellum down to just a strip.

Assembly

My vellum strip was longer than the card panel width, so I bent the edges around the panel and attached them with double-sided tape.

I glued a pale blue cardstock panel to the front of my card base. Then I glued the finished card panel to that.

No bling today. Between the holographic cardstock and the glitter glue, I think there was enough already.
