Cowboy Quokka Dad

↓ Visual product list

I’m still working my way through the Kat Scrappiness Cowboy Quokka Ephemera Pack. This time I used it for a Father’s Day Card. I started by tracing my lasso-twirling cowboy on some Accent Opaque. Then I fussy cut the silhouette and stacked it behind our quokka. I added foam tape behind him.

Frame

I die cut the Kat Scrappiness Woodgrain Frame from Hammermill and twice from Accent Opaque. Then I stacked them and added foam tape behind them.

Background

The background is from the Kat Scrappiness Cowboy Quokka 6 by 6 Paper Pad. I cut it down so it would fit behind the woodgrain frame and adhered it with foam tape.

Sentiment

I stamped Happy Father’s Day with Distress Oxide Lumberjack Plaid and fussy cut it out. The stamps are from Kat Scrappiness Happy Day Stamp Set.

Assembly

First I glued the two cactus ephemera pieces directly to the background. Then I added the quokka on top with foam tape. I glued the fussy-cut sentiment to the bottom of the woodgrain frame and finished up with a few Kat Scrappiness Gold Pearl Mix pearls.
